Rigby & Peller offer you a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods that you have purchased we will exchange them or give you a full refund for returns received within 28 days. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this guarantee on goods that have been worn, unless the product is found to be faulty. For hygiene reasons all items with a gusset should be tried on over your underwear.
If you wish to return goods to us, please fill in and detach the returns slip on the delivery note supplied with your order and enclose this with the returned goods. Please peel off the returns label and attach it to the outside of the parcel.

If you do not have the delivery note please return goods please return them to the address below with the following information:

• Reason For Return
• Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement

We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items that you return.

Delivery Rates
Delivery via Rigby & Peller (subject to availability of stock): Delivery to all UK addresses is between £3.50 and £10.00 depending upon the service you select, delivery to all European countries is £9.00 and delivery to the rest of the world costs £12.50. Rigby & Peller offer Free Delivery for UK orders over £150.
Delivery times within the UK and Europe are approximately 1-10 working days, the rest of the world including US and Australia takes approximately 5-14 days.
All packages are sent by First Class Royal Mail, however all despatches that exceed £150 or containing gift cards will be despatched by Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.
Please note that with all international orders we cannot be held responsible for any duties/taxes that you may incur when you receive you package.
Once you have selected your purchases, delivery charges are automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page.

Rigby & Peller Traditional Gift Cards are for use only in stores.
A Traditional Gift Card can be exchanged for any goods equal to its loaded value. It can also be exchanged for goods exceeding its loaded value on payment of the difference in cash/debit or credit card. Traditional Gift Cards will under no circumstances, be exchanged in whole or part for cash or refund.
Any Traditional Gift Card which is defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.
Rigby & Peller Ltd. Accept no responsibility for accepting vouchers that have been stolen and no compensation will be given in respect of lost or destroyed vouchers.
