Rigby & Peller started as a temporary job for me after I finished University. However, 6 years later and I’m still here!

I started my journey as a Lingerie Stylist in our Chelsea Boutique. I was completely in awe of the skills my colleagues held and was so pleased when I became a fully fledged Stylist myself.

The highlight of the job for me was always how our service made the client feel and I suppose it was a natural move for me, after 2 years on the shop floor, to move to Customer Services. I learned a great deal during my time in this department and was given the opportunity to work within an office environment and to learn new skills.

After some time, I found that I had a real interest in Marketing and that the product knowledge I had built up over the years was actually really useful in this role, despite having no previous experience. I loved my time within Marketing and learnt so much. Late last year, I took on a new challenge within eComm, applying all my knowledge and experience from my time in the business.

I am so grateful that I have been able to experience so many aspects of the retail business, all within the same company, whose values are so true to my own. I love that we help build women’s confidence on a daily basis and that makes me very proud to work here.
