My function is to create an inviting and comfortable environment for my customer and team to be in. It is about creating a real experience that continues with them even once they have left the store. Act as a brand ambassador and lead by example, working with head office to have the right product in store by listening to your customer and meeting there need. Marketing your store in the right will have a very good impact. Making sure you have your team with you all the way.
I love working at Rigby & Peller because no day is ever the same. You meet so many interesting ladies with different needs that you can specialise the lingerie to them, so they leave feeling amazing. You are really making a difference to their lives as well as your own as this is true job satisfaction to see a person so happy and overwhelmed by something we take for granted. We understand the impact we have on these ladies and it is a privilege to help them time after time. Rigby and Peller is an amazing company to work for that has the personal touch with both customers and staff. You are listened to and can really run the store as your own. I get real job satisfaction as you know whatever area I’m working on you have the support around you all of the time. I am very proud to work for Rigby and Peller.
